KOMBU ROYAL - Fresh salted, organic and Breton
Our organic Royal Kombu was harvested in the open sea and salted by craftsmen Japanese style.

Our Royal Kombu is raised in the open sea. It thus benefits from all the power and benefits of the ocean and its protected area (NATURA 2000) in which it grows.
Flavor enhancer, it can be associated with meat and fish to enhance their flavor.
It is a complete and noble seaweed. Kombu means "happiness" in Japanese (the latter also consume a lot of seaweed: 7 kg on average per year and per inhabitant)
Are present in royal kombu: iodine, calcium, provitamin A, vitamins B9, K, potassium, fibers and proteins.
The seaweed is bleached in order to keep an iodine dosage adapted to the human body. However, we do not recommend kombu for people with hyperthyroidism or hypertension. If in doubt, do not hesitate to seek the advice of your doctor.
